Recommendations for the Massachusetts Health Care Quality and Cost Council’s Three Year Reporting Plan

This report describes the work completed under the Massachusetts Health Care Quality and Cost Council (the Council, QCC) contract with Massachusetts Health Quality Partners (MHQP) and its partner, Milliman, Inc. The purpose of the report is to produce a reporting plan for quality and cost measures to be calculated and displayed on the QCC’s consumer website, www.MyHealthCareOptions.org for calendar years 2010, 2011, 2012 and beyond. This report covers the following areas that were investigated for the reporting plan:
