at the Triangle Park in Denver, Colorado across from the Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Colorado building. The purpose was to raise public awareness of and protest Anthem raising its rates up to 39% across the country.  Primary organizer SEIU, Change the Works.   Video by Tom Gruska, Denver HCAC
