Mark Dayton and Tom Horner's first one-on-one gubernatorial debate single-payer and other issues.

Horner slammed Dayton's proposal for a single-payer health-care system as too expensive and politically unfeasible. "How can that possibly be an answer to health care reform?" Horner asked, noting that a progressive think tank estimates a single-payer system would cost $12 billion to $15 billion.

comment: every study I've seen shows that single-payer would save money when you include all costs, including premium payments.
