Open up the 2012 Presidential Debates!

All presidential candidates who have qualified for placement on enough state ballots to win the Electoral College and the Presidency of the U.S. must be included in the presidential debates.

Especially, those candidates, on the ballot in over half the states, that
have qualified for and accepted our Federal Presidential Campaign Matching Funds! (hint, those are the two being excluded).
