The Eastern Panhandle Single-Payer Action Network (EPSPAN) is the Upper Potomac chapter of Physicians for a National Health Program.

Members are healthcare providers as well as non-medical people from areas including Martinsburg, Charles Town, Shepherdstown, Harpers Ferry, Berkeley Springs, other parts of Jefferson, Berkeley, and Morgan counties in WV, as well as nearby areas in Virginia and Maryland.
